McCain's Republican Corruption Bona Fides

The Huffington Post has a nice compilation of some of John McCain's bigger conflict of interest/lobbyist scandals, which I think everyone who would ever consider voting for McCain should read, as well as anyone that have delusions of McCain being ethical or some kind of maverick. McCain is an establishment Republican, through and through, and he has the corruption bona fides to prove it:

Also, on the same topic is Cindy McCain's refusal to disclose financial records related to her corporate fortune. I wrote about it before, and since then she has been criticized for her refusal and lack of transparency in three major newspapers and faced additional demands that she release her tax returns:

One has to wonder when the media's love affair with McCain will end. For someone who has been in the public realm for decades most people know very very little about him. I think the next five or so months are going to be quite educational, at least for those paying attention to non-traditional media. I'm not so sure the MSM will do the digging for us.
